Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code

Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our services to create, upload, generate, distribute, or promote any of the following:

• NSFW or sexually explicit content (including pornography)
• Deepfake content
• Celebrity impersonation
• Political manipulation
• Violence
• Illegal content

Billing & Subscriptions

This section governs purchases, billing, and subscription renewals on our Service. All payment processing is handled by our authorized payment partners (currently Waffo Pancake / Stripe). By completing a purchase you agree to the pricing, billing, and renewal terms below, as well as our Refund Policy.

Pricing

We offer two categories of paid products:

1. Subscription Plans (recurring):

   • Basic — monthly (approx. $9 USD / month) or yearly (approx. $90 USD / year, ~2 months free). Includes a monthly allocation of generation credits, standard queue priority, and access to base video/image models.
   • Premium — monthly (approx. $29 USD / month) or yearly (approx. $290 USD / year). Includes more monthly credits, priority queue, premium models, and faster generation speeds.
   • Exact prices, currency, and included benefits are listed on the Pricing page and at checkout. Prices are shown in USD (or your local currency at checkout) and may be updated from time to time; any price change applies to your next renewal cycle.

2. Credit Packs (one-time, non-recurring):

   • Prepaid credits that you consume when you generate videos, images, or other AI outputs. Prices range from approx. $10 USD for a small pack to $200+ USD for a large pack.
   • Credit packs do not expire (unless required by applicable law) and are consumed first before your monthly subscription credits.

Taxes and fees: Prices shown on the Pricing page exclude sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar government charges, which (if applicable) will be added at checkout.

Billing Cycles

• Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase (or the closest available day on shorter months).
• Yearly subscriptions are billed every 365 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase.
• Credit packs are billed once, at the time of purchase. There is no recurring charge for credit packs.

Your first invoice is charged immediately after you confirm payment. Subsequent invoices are generated automatically on your renewal date and charged to the payment method on file. You can view all invoices, next billing date, and payment methods on your Billing Settings page.

Auto-Renewal (Automatic Renewals)

All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. This means that unless you cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing cycle, your payment method on file will be automatically charged for the next cycle at the then-current subscription price.

• Auto-renewal applies on a per-plan basis. Upgrading or downgrading a plan does not disable auto-renewal for the new plan.
• We will not send a separate renewal reminder before each charge; however, the next scheduled renewal date and amount are always visible on your Billing Settings page at least 7 days before the renewal date.
• If the renewal charge fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), we will retry a limited number of times. Your access may be restricted until the outstanding charge is resolved.

How to Cancel Your Subscription Online

You may cancel your subscription at any time online, in-app, and without contacting support or sending an email. Cancellation always takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep all plan benefits (credits, premium models, priority queue) until that date, and no further charges will be made.

Online cancellation steps (4 clicks):

1. Sign in to your account at nano-video.io/login.
2. In the sidebar or user menu, go to Settings → Billing (or open /settings/billing directly).
3. On the active subscription card, click the Cancel Subscription (or Cancel renewal) button.
4. Click Confirm cancellation in the confirmation dialog.

After cancellation:

• Your subscription status on the Billing page will change to Canceling and will show the end-of-access date.
• You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
• If you change your mind before the period ends, you can click Reactivate on the same card to resume auto-renewal.

You can also manage subscriptions, update payment methods, and cancel through the Customer Portal linked from your Billing page.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
